Returns Policy

Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do not include shipping and handling charges. All returns above $200 will be subjected to a 30.00% restocking fee (it will be deducted from the refund you receive). Example, if you bought a costume priced at $200, instead of being refunded $200, you will only be refunded $140. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

A return request must be made within 14 days from the date of shipment.   Return must be shipped out within 14 days after the original shipment was made  (we will use the post mark on  the return shipment as the day the  return was shipped out). Your original five digit invoice number must be written clearly on the outside of the box.

Returns are generally processed within a week of receiving the product back. During Halloween season (October and November) this process may take up to 4 weeks. 

The Following Items Are NEVER Returnable: 
  • Special Order Items - including all Mascots.
  • Props that require special delivery.
  • Undergarments
  • Socks and stockings
  • Refurbished / Returned Items
  • Wigs, beards, facial hair or any other artificial hair
  • Prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth
  • Eyelashes.
The following items can be returned unopened and in the original packaging.
  • Video tapes
  • CD's
  • Catalogs
  • Cosmetics
  • Party Supplies
  • Party Kits
  • Shoes and Boots
  • Dress Patterns
  • Any item that has been worn, used or altered.

Please note: costume styles are subject to change without notice, due to the manufacturer’s production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your understanding with this issue.

If you need a different size or costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. This is because the desired item maybe out of stock by the time we receive your return and to ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all returned items. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including shipping and handling.

Return form

To file a return, please fill the return form and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item(s), please place a new order. Then fill out the return form for the previous order.
