Head measures approximately 11.5" high x 8.5" wide.
Disturbing head includes hooks pulling back the skin from around his eyes and through his head!
He has bulging eyes and a black tongue.
Hanging chain is made of metal.
Head is produced of latex. Great as a Haunted House prop.
