RETURN POLICY SPECIFIC TO OCTOBER
1. Any returns of purchases made during Oct 12 - Oct 18 will be automatically subjected to a restocking fee of 30%.
2, Purchases made from Oct 19 - Oct 31 are not returnable.
3, All returns for purchases made during October must be posted marked no later than Oct 30 or they will not be refunded.

Orders placed before 1 pm PST or 4pm EST Monday-Friday will usually ship out the same day. From October 26-28 orders before 1 pm EST will be sent out the same day. From Oct 29 orders before 3 pm EST will be sent out the same day. We are shipping in Saturday for orders placed during October.
