This is quite well constructed . it is not just for costume s, children can wear it normally during the winter like my daughter does.

My daughter enjoyed these scarfs. They are Excellent enough to use daily. Only disappointment is that two of the tassles get come off. I will need to stitch them back on. Besides that we love it. She loves the patch on the hat
