The product was exactly as promised; however, the head size of the double bands is very tiny . I get a rather large head and it didn't even come CLOSE to fitting. There is no way to stretch the head bands, as they are a tight fabric . I would suggest to only buy if you get a small men's head. I would suggest to the makers of the product to either make it stretchable or to have velcro to adjust settings for varying head sizes.
